Feelings that may make people feel depressed manifest for a number of reasons.
Sometimes these feelings are activated by thoughts we have about events or conditions in our lives. In other cases, these feelings emerge for reasons that are outside of our awareness. Most often, these feelings subside with time, as we cope and adjust.
